8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

- Authentication mechanisms including support for MFA
- Security logging and monitoring of administrative access where appropriate

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
11. SUB-PROCESSORS/THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may engage trusted third-party service providers for infrastructure hosting, data storage, analytics, email delivery, billing, and customer support. These providers process personal information solely to provide services to us and are contractually obligated to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality.
12. BREACH NOTIFICATION COMMITMENT
If we determine that a security incident has resulted in unauthorized access to personal information, we will notify affected users without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law. We will also take steps to investigate and mitigate potential harm.
13. DATA OWNERSHIP CLARIFICATION
Users retain all rights, title, and interest in content and data uploaded to the Services. We do not claim ownership of user content and process it solely to provide and improve Services in accordance with our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.
